“It’s just like riding a bike!” … or is it?!  Riding a bike is something most people grew up doing but some haven’t done it since then and now it makes them nervous.  From personal experience, riding a bike can be nerve wracking, especially on the road, but it can also be one of the most enjoyable and sustainable forms of exercise throughout life.

The biking portion of a triathlon is typically the longest segment of the race, so you’ll want to be prepared and comfortable on your bike.  Cain Coaching can help you select a bike, learn how to ride it (again), and make sure you understand how to ride safely, and feel comfortable on the road.  If you’re already a cyclist, I can help you by creating a program and providing workouts to help you become faster and stronger on the bike!
