At Cain Coaching, we believe that sports specific strength training is an integral part of staying strong, safe and healthy while training for triathlons. I encourage all my athletes to incorporate some type of strength training into their schedules whether its two, 15-minute sessions a week or more. I also offer small group, sports specific strength training classes as well as personal training as a part of my services. If you have back or joint problems working to create muscle balance and strength can help alleviate some of those issues.
