What does Cain Coaching Believe?

I have a holistic philosophy on triathlon training and coaching.  If you want to be a successful triathlete, it’s going to require a time commitment and sacrifice but if you’re like most people you don’t want to sacrifice being a good husband/wife, mom/dad, employee, brother/sister, friend, etc.  As a coach, I can help you plan your training in a way that promotes life balance while helping you reach your goals. I create individual training plans based on your life! We work together to set goals, and develop and implement a plan to achieve them. I look at each factor that can affect your performance, such as current fitness, past experience, attitude, nutrition, sleep, recovery, flexibility, and strength.

I specialize in helping clients create sustainable training plans to ensure continued success throughout stages of life as well as prevent and overcome injuries. I enjoy educating and teaching others that age or injury are never reasons to stop improving performance, reaching goals, and remaining competitive in triathlons.

Cain Coaching works with adults and age group athletes who are looking to take their training to the next level for both short and long course events. I have been fortunate enough to turn my passion for coaching and fitness into a career and a business! Cain Coaching offers athletes coaching in swimming, cycling, and running, as well as sports specific strength, power, and agility training to ensure their success in all their fitness ventures. My passion is working with athletes to modify, improve and achieve their fitness goals to make triathlons enjoyable and exciting for everyone.


Team Cain

Cain Coaching Team is a fun group of people who enjoy the multisport lifestyle, train together, support one another, and socialize together as a club!  We encourage people of all to join us—from those who have been racing for years to those who are considering doing their first triathlon.  We train together and we race together and foster an encouraging, supportive environment between teammates.  Triathlon is an individual sport, but we don’t have to experience the journey alone. 

Our group training sessions are designed to challenge all abilities and limited in size so that each person can benefit from getting help and personalized attention from the coach.  You’ll have the benefit of training with a coach alongside your friends to help you reach your personal triathlon goals. '
